How do I know if my order is successful?
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email.
I have received the wrong item.
If you are sent an incorrect item, please contact us at online@boostpromotions.co.nz and we will arrange a return courier label to be emailed through for you to return the incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional charge.
I have received a faulty item.
Our Quality Control team inspects every order to ensure that the products you receive meet our high-quality standards. However, if you do receive an order which is faulty, please call us within 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund. See Learn more about our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel my order after I have clicked “Submit”?
Orders may be cancelled by calling us, if the order has proceeded to production there may be charges that apply.
What if my order has not arrived after 48 hours of dispatching?
You can track the shipping progress of your parcel at any stage using the parcel tracking number. The tracking number is sent in a Dispatch Confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email is sent at time of dispatch, not time of order.
How do I know if my order is on its way?
When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email which includes a tracking link to track your order’s shipping progress.
