Freight information
Freight is charged based on the volume of the order and delivery destination and will be sent by the most cost-effective means. Freight is charged on individual orders so care is required when making purchases as freight will not be refunded for goods returned, changed or re-ordered.
We will always endeavour to process and dispatch orders within the times specified. However, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by third party carrier issues outside of our control.
